I keep seeing my other pixels tips thing get linked around, but it's kind of old so here's an updated version!
These are just some guidelines for beginning pixel artists on how to make smoother lines. Keep in mind these are for 1 px lines only - if you use thicker lines then most of these rules can be thrown out the window.. Also keep in mind that these guidelines are definitely not things you should follow religiously, they are made to be bent/broken! They are just things that I personally use to make my lines smoother.
Hopefully it's readable lol some of my a's look like 2's.... I'm probably forgetting a lot of things but these are the basics that I can remember off the top of my head. My example isn't the best out there since I don't pixel like most beginners do, but hopefully it still helps?? If anyone has questions feel free to ask!
