my internet cut out yesterday so here's a cat icon base, for purchase through premium content :U

Rules:
• Credit is not required (although it'd be nice)
• I only ask that you DO NOT redistribute this to someone else just because they can't pay. Even if they're friends.
• Also, don't resell the file just so you can make money :U

Purchasing this will give you:
• the original .psd file with layers
• a transparent .gif file in case you can't use .psd's!

fffffffff I so want to buy this but I'm 20 points short. I will certainly have to save up for this!
If we buy it then we can make any sort of edits to it right? Like adding in wings or whatever? Otherwise it would be perfect for my fursona!
